After two weeks in South Africa, the ladies are ready to put their issues behind them. They laugh at the idea that were it up to NeNe, they would have never made the trip to begin with. “For the first time during this trip I think that we are really truly bonding,” observes Phaedra.

No Bones About It
The ladies visit a local herbalist who claims he can tell their future by reading bones. “What kind of bones?” asks Phaedra. “The ancestors,” replies the medicine man, who then pulls out a bag of seashells. Ha! See, even medicine men have a sense of humor.

Say What Now?
The witty medicine man tells Sheree she is “too old” to get married again. Clearly shocked, and slightly peeved, Sheree declares: “Yes, I will.” He also tells NeNe she has way too many problems to be happy and that her husband Gregg (whom she is reportedly divorcing) is a “good man.”

After the medicine man tells her no man has ever really loved her, Marlo returns to her suite to host a pajama party to celebrate the items that she really loves: her designer shoes and bags. She has packed 29 pairs of shoes, by the way. After Kandi questions why she’s always talking about labels, Marlo yells, “I love fashion…I bleed this sh*t. I love it!”

Show and Tell
Conversation at Marlo and NeNe’s pajama party inevitably turns to sex as Marlo asks the ladies, “What’s your favorite position?” Sex talk is classic Kandi and Marlo territory and the two lead the way with demonstrations of their favorite positions. Kandi does a split, and Marlo follows up with a move that involves being on top (as demonstrated on Kandi) and squeezing your “hello Kitty.”

The Morning After
A night of too much champagne, Chanel bags, and talking about sex may have sent Marlo’s immune system over the edge. After waking up with the runs she only wants to be seen by an American doctor…in South Africa? Maybe her meeting with the medicine man left Marlo thinking “Africa” doesn’t have “real” doctors? Goes to show that a passport doesn’t buy you an open mind.

Tardy for the Safari
The poor safari guide is left to tell the camera man about the impalas out in the wild as the ladies are too engrossed in their conversation about Marlo. Cynthia reveals she doesn’t really like her fellow “Talls” member. The rest of the trip is spent talking about how co-star Kim Zolciak would never be caught out on a safari. Kim should be happy the ladies are still discussing her from as far as South Africa.

Change of Heart
After taking care of a sick Marlo all morning NeNe decides to join “the smalls” and Cynthia for lunch. The topic of conversation? Marlo, of course. Kandi still can’t understand Marlo’s over-the-top personality. NeNe jumps to her friend’s defense. Cynthia also adds to Marlo’s defense in front of NeNe even though she’d spent the morning telling Kandi, Sheree and Phaedra she couldn’t stand her. Cue confused looks from “the smalls.”

Who's the Boss?
It’s their last night in South Africa and the ladies get all dolled up for what’s meant to be a great dinner. Surprisingly the conversation turns to Kim (who is how many miles away?) as NeNe mocks “the smalls” for reporting back to their “boss.” “Wait, hold up,” says Kandi. “We’re all bosses.”

The Saga Continues...
“Even over here we still manage to get back to the BS,” observes Cynthia after yet another heated argument in South Africa. Phaedra is clearly upset by all the pettiness. ’I was hoping we could continue being positive," she says. “But that would be too much like right honey. Too much right with these wrong girls.”
