Mrs. Joseph is a talented, results-producing Marketing Professional with a proven record of accomplishment in directing comprehensive brand awareness advertising campaigns, planning marketing strategies in support of business goals and objectives and leading diversity marketing efforts for national and local markets.
She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the US Black Chambers, Inc. (USBC) and assists the organizations in strategic management, programming, technical assistance and grant management. Ms. Joseph has launched the credit card, emerging loan programs and financial education programs for the organization and manages key relationships with Liberty Bank and the University of Phoenix as well as corporate partners like Wells Fargo, Walmart, JP Morgan Chase, AT&T and government agencies including the US Small Business Administration (SBA), Opportunity Finance Network (OFN), the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) and the US Department of Transportation’s Office of Small and Disadvantaged Businesses (OSDBU).
In 2013, she formed her strategic business consulting services company, CINE Enterprises, Inc. to help companies move to the next level. Focused on analysis, evaluation, contracting and solutions, CINE engages these areas with thought leadership that enables companies to make informed, intentional decisions to plan for opportunities in growth and elevate the future of their brands.
Ms. Joseph is a graduate of Fordham University with a B.S. degree in Psychology and received her Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and has served on a number of nonprofit boards. She is married to Keith Joseph and has three children.
