Singer H.E.R. made her ESSENCE Fest debut Friday night, giving an intimate performance in the festival's Hot Right Now Superlounge.
The singer, who recently performed at the BET Awards alongside Daniel Caesar, who is also making an appearance at the event, performed the duo's "Best Part" along with hit songs like "Focus" and "2."
The packed crowd was mesmerized as they sang along with the singer, whose lyrics resonate with anyone who has experienced love, heartbreak, and the growing pains that come with life.
H.E.R. has been everywhere over the last year. The singer teamed up with Rapsody earlier this year for new single "Go" and received the surprise of a lifetime when Janet Jackson popped up at her sold-out London show in March.
If you were unable to check out the singer's incredible ESSENCE Fest performance, she's currently touring with Chris Brown on his Heartbreak On A Full Moon tour, which is expected to make stops in Cincinnati, Detroit, Brooklyn, Chicago, and more.
