The R&B music scene has seen the return of a host of artists who helped make the 90s – 2000s era of the genre one of the best of our time and given us some amazing moments in the process over the last 5 years or so.
Keeping the momentum going, the recently-launched 90s Block Party tour has been packing out venues around the country and one of the biggest highlights of the show for many fans is coming courtesy of none other than beloved R&B groups 112 and Jagged Edge.
On a jam-packed bill that includes a who’s who of 90s R&B and Hip Hop royalty, the two talented quartets have been more than holding their own during their individual sets, so you can only imagine the magic that’s been happening when they surprise the audience and join forces on stage.
112’s Q Parker recently shared a few clips of this epic part of the show on his Instagram page, where both groups are seen performing a snippet of each other’s classic album cuts “Love You Like I Did,” and “He Can’t Love You.”
Jagged Edge and 112 released the joint single, ‘Both Of Us’ back in October 2017 and are reportedly planning a joint tour, but in the meantime, you can catch 112 performing at the 2018 ESSENCE Festival in New Orleans this July.
