The Grammy-nominated rapstress made her ESSENCE Festival debut with an electrifying performance in the Superdome over the fourth of July weekend. Her set included a run through of hits like “Conceited” and “Whuteva,” as well as newer fan-favorites like “Money Showers” and “All The Way Up.”
Midway through her performance, the Bronx-born Hip Hop maven treated the packed crowd to an unexpected surprise by bringing out her husband Papoose for a quick rendition of their now-infamous “Black Love” freestyle.
