Music's most talented new group celebrates Black History Month with their unique take on the "Black national anthem."
Talented R&B girl group June's Diary is continuing to take the music world by storm with their angelic voices as they continue their journey that began on Kelly Rowland's Chasing Destiny reality show that began last April.
As the ladies remain hard at work on their debut album (while also preparing to slay the 2017 ESSENCE Festival stage, of course), their impressive covers and renditions are continuing to heat up the Internet.
Last summer, the vocally blessed songstresses had the opportunity to perform "Lift Every Voice and Sing" -- aka the Black national anthem--as part of Ludacris' annual LudaDay weekend in Atlanta. As you might imagine, they absolutely killed it.
Group member Kristal Lyndriette recently shared this throwback clip of the group practicing for their performance in honor of Black History Month.
At the rate these ladies are going, we can't wait to see what Black Girl Magic they have in store for their ESSENCE Festival performance this July. Be sure to grab your tickets today!
