The 2017 ESSENCE Fest headliner teams up with DJ Khaled for the ultimate ode to fatherhood and his adorable baby girl Kensli. Hear it now!
A few of our 2017 ESSENCE Festival performers are also new fathers and one of the most talented young superstars on the line up is once again letting the world know just how much he adores his baby girl.
Chance The Rapper has made hearts smile around the world with his social media posts celebrating his love for his precious 1-year-old daughter Kensli and he recently took things a step further by teaming up with fellow proud dad DJ Khaled for the ultimate ode to fatherhood. Appropriately titled "I Love You So Much," and inspired by Khaled's now-infamous words of affirmation to his son Ashad, the heartwarming tune was written and produced by Chance for Khaled's star-studded new album, Grateful.
The ESSENCE Fest headliner took to social media to reveal that the song -- which hears him deliver family-friendly lyrics over an infectiously upbeat track--is dedicated to little miss Kensli herself.
Take a listen to "I Love You So Much" above and then be sure to grab your tickets to see Chance light up the stage, alongside more of the biggest names in music, at the 2017 ESSENCE Festival in New Orleans this July.
