Two of Chi-town's finest unite to put a new twist on a classic R&B gem.

Chicago has been responsible for a long line of the music industry's finest and now two Windy City natives, who also happen to be on the bill for the 2017 ESSENCE Festival, have teamed up for duet.

Originally recorded by legendary R&B songstress Anita Baker, the 2015 remake of "Angel" hears soul powerhouse Lahlah Hathaway deliver smooth vocals over a the melodic rhythm that serves as the backdrop of the song.

As if that's not enough, fellow multi-talented Chi-town favorite BJ The Chicago Kid joins Lahlah and adds his signature vocals as only he can.  Together the pair blend effortlessly for a truly magical R&B/Jazz moment that's easy on the ears and heaven on the airwaves.
