Grammy Award-winning emcee Eve and gospel powerhouse Kirk Franklin have been added to the stellar main stage lineup for this year’s ESSENCE Music Festival in New Orleans.
Also, on Sunday, July 8, EMF will celebrate artists Fred Hammond and Mary Mary with an all-star concert featuring gospel greats Yolanda Adams, Maurette Brown Clark, Kim Burrell, Byron Cage, Tyronne Foster & The Arc Singers, Tramaine Hawkins, Israel Houghton, Bishop Lester Love and Pastor Marvin Winans. The tribute is sure to end the weekend on a high note.
The latest acts join headliners such as Aretha Franklin, Mary J. Blige, Keyshia Cole, Estelle, Fantasia, Marsha Ambrosius, Raheem DeVaughn, Ledisi, Teedra Moses and a reunited SWV.
