Last night, the 2017 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was held in Shanghai, China, and we got our first glimpse at the soon-to-be-launched Victoria’s Secret x Balmain collection!
In October, we first learned of the epic collaboration between Victoria’s Secret and Balmain. The punk-inspired lingerie collection, which debuted on the Victoria’s Secret runway, included bras, panties and corsets that incorporated everything from studs to spikes with a sex appeal. The collection is definitely aligned with creative director Olivier Rousteing’s signature aesthetic for Balmain.
Jasmine Tookes was the first model to hit the runway wearing the sexy collab followed by various other Black models like Leomie Anderson and Maria Borges wearing looks from the anticipated collection.
While Rousteing created custom Balmain looks for the runway show, Victoria’s Secret also shared a sneak peek of the capsule collection that will hit stores.
