Fans addicted to “America’s Next Top Model” will get their fix when
Oxygen launches “America’s Next Top Model Obsessed” on Sunday, January 18, with a 13-hour model marathon. The network threw an event to celebrate the syndication at New York’s famed Gotham Hall.
“I’m working for Tyra tonight,” says Bre Scullark our favorite homegirl from Harlem turned catwalk vixen. The cycle 5 contestant provided red-carpet video coverage for Ms. Banks.
It’s double trouble when you see Bianca Golden (cycle 9) and Danielle Janetta Evans (cycle 6 winner) together. The towering beauties were having a blast together at the event.
Twenty-six-year-old reigning Miss USA Crystle Stewart was all smiles at the Oxygen-sponsored event. The Texas native chatted with us about her company, Inside/Out, which she uses as a platform for public speaking appearances, character development lessons and event planning. She hopes to teach women that beauty and brains go hand in hand.
Hot Miami mama Stacy Ann Fequiere from “Americas Next Top Model” cycle 10 demonstrated she has not forgotten how to work the catwalk, wearing a 70’s-inspired silver metallic dress.
Furonda Brasfield from cycle 6 of “ANTM” was on the scene with her stylist Ludget Delcy. “I’m wearing Reiss and I love the look he created for me tonight,” says the long and lean model, who recently moved to New York and is looking for an agency. “’America’s Next Top Model’ was the experience of a lifetime. It opened up so many doors!”
“Top Model” judge Ms. Jay Alexander was the night’s emcee and embodies the Oxygen network catchphrase “Live Out Loud.”
MTV stars and lovebirds Que Mosley from Day 26 and Dawn Richard’s of Danity Kane dropped by the “Top Model” event. The pair is gearing up for another season of “Making the Band.” Dawn looked absolutely darling wearing a printed Catherine Malandrino minidress.
The receptionist turned cycle 9 “Top Model” winner Saleisha Stowers showed her model moves at the Oxygen party. The Elite model has been working nonstop since her win and has appeared on the catwalks of both New York and Los Angeles Fashion Weeks.
“To this day I still have extremely tight relationships with the girls from my cycle. Oxygen’s ‘Top Model Obsessed’ event is like a family reunion to me. It’s like I have been reunited with my long lost sisters!,” says curvaceously cute Whitney Cunningham from ANTM cycle 8.
