Yesterday evening, the E! People’s Choice Awards took place in Los Angeles, California and stars popped up on the red carpet in hues of bright colors, and show-stopping looks. A majority of celebrities opted for a surprising twist of color blocking suits and short dresses that resulted in a well- versed carpet this award’s season.
One look that has the internet spinning is Storm Reid in Iris van Herpen. The Parisian label is known for producing haute couture pieces and experimenting with hypnotizing textures. The 16-year-old actress and her stylist Jason Bolden chose a blue structured dress that included a cinched waist and framed shoulders. “I’ll be presenting and THIS how I’m walking on stage,” Reid posted on her Instagram. To accompany her show-stopping dress Reid sported a top-knot bun that enclosed a jeweled hair accessory, Sophia Webster shoes, and dainty silver hoops.
Reid stepped into a more mature role this year as she starred in Euphoria on HBO as Gia, the sister of Zendaya’s character Rue. And as the 16-year-old continues to get older and experiment with her style, we only see more killer red-carpets in her future.
