Christian Cowan’s Spring 2020 fashion show was over-the-top, and filled with high fashion. The designer presented his latest collection at Spring Studios and had a full house. Among the attendees were Kehlani, Jason Lewis, Karrueche, Erika Jayne and Michael Strahan, who came out to support his new talk show host, Keke Palmer. This is Keke Palmer’s first time walking in a fashion show, which she did with jumbo cornrows and vibrant red lips.
For his Spring collection, Cowan was inspired by his beachside hometown, Moaña, Spain. He also references the strong women in his family as the muses of his namesake brand. He began the show by sharing pieces that were inspired by Spain and ended with his life in New York. The designer did so with high shine looks, which included rhinestone mini dresses, puffed sleeve-sequined frocks and a dazzling red number that ties at the wrist.
