To kick off the official Black Panther week and week 2 of NYFW, Marvel studios hosted a fashion showcase like no other featuring original pieces inspired by looks from the film.

Scroll through for a look at some of the exquisite designs from some of today’s most innovative and talented fashion masterminds including LaQuan Smith, Cushnie et Ochs, Ikiré Jones, CHROMAT, Sophie Theallet, Fear of God, Tome, Brother Vellies, Douriean Fletcher and Josh Bennett.

Several of the pieces will be auctioned off for charity, with proceeds benefitting the Save The Children international humanitarian organization.
