Estelle opened a Just Cavalli store during the beginning of fashion week, with notable guests like Estelle. She arrived in a printed bomber underneath a easy LBD, a pop of red in her makeup and bag for color.

At the end of Christian Siriano’s show, models like this strutted the runway in vivid jewel tone caped-gowns with head wraps and six in heels. Project Runway Alumni, Siriano, has made it easy for women to have a little high fashion without the high end designer prices. This look is the epitome of black is beautiful.

Sunday Sept. 13

Models strutted down the runway in sheer and lace numbers, balancing transparency and color at the Tracy Reese Spring 2016 show. Reese’s inspiration came from the Black Lives Matter movement and wanted to transfer that sense of being aware and transparent to what is going on around us to the fashion world at NYFW.

Monday Sept. 14

Sudanese beauty, Grace Bol strutted down the runway at the Zac Posen how in a sheer black sequin asymmetric gown that glided all the way down to the floor. Posen’s show was elegant as usual, featuring dramatic evening looks fir for the red carpet.

Up-and-coming it girl, Aya Jones walked the runway at Oscar de la Renta yesterday afternoon in a ladylike red chiffon gown that hit just below the knees. Aya has been walking at all the major shows during NYFW, and we can’t wait to see what’s next for her.
