The new lineup continues to draw inspiration from the cultural aesthetics of Afrofuturism. This fresh viewpoint allows consumers to see an alternative future, one where we are reclaiming our history and presenting it in a new, profound Afrocentric perspective.
Shot by photographer Florian Joahn, who is known for his daring images, Daily Paper’s Fall/Winter 2019 campaign celebrates fluidity in texture, skin, and movement. The visuals feature a star-studded roster of models throughout the African diaspora, including Georgia Palmer, NyaLuak Leth and Ottawa Kwami.
