This year, fashion’s highest court will be decked out in designs reserved only for the boldest, most fearless, show-stoppers among us.
The theme, “Camp: Notes on Fashion” is an over-the-top, outrageous, “more is more” ode to the times. Drawing inspiration from Susan Sontag’s 1964 essay, Notes on “Camp”, the phrase is defined as a “love of the unnatural, of artifice and exaggeration.” In other words, it’s the art of doing the absolute most.
