Mike Colter is Marvel comic’s Luke Cage in Netflix’s forthcoming superhero series.
Set in New York City’s Harlem, Colter’s character is left with “super strength and unbreakable skin” after a botched experiment. Taking after Daredevil of Hell’s Kitchen, Luke Cage becomes Harlem’s hero.
Colter first played superhero Luke Cage in the first season of Jessica Jones and now headlines in a new series debuting on Netflix September 30th.
