Listen To Tyler, The Creator’s Updated Version Of ‘You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch’

It’s not even Halloween yet, but some people are already feeling the Christmas spirit. And thanks to Tyler, the Creator, the grouchy among us might just have a new theme song to get them through the season. The Odd Future alum partnered with Illumination and Universal Pictures to remix the classic anti-holiday anthem, “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch,” for the upcoming film, The Grinch. Based on the classic Dr. Seuss story, The Grinch follows “a cynical grump who goes on a mission to steal Christmas” from the residents of Who-ville, a nearby town whose residents are perpetually in a good mood. After years of watching the Whos’ celebrations grow (and disturb his peace), the Grinch decides to steal Christmas and put an end to their holiday cheer once and for all. The Grinch stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Rashida Jones, Kenan Thompson, Pharrell Williams, and veteran actor (and Murder She Wrote star) Angela Lansbury. It hits theaters November 9.
