Robin Givens Joins Will Packer’s New Scripted Series, ‘Ambitions’

Will Packer’s new series just got a dynamic leading lady! Robin Givens has been added to already-packed ensemble cast of Ambitions, a new scripted series set to premiere on OWN in 2019. Created by Packer and Jamey Giddens, Ambitions is a multigenerational family saga that promises to be teeming with major drama.

On the show, Givens plays Stephanie Carlisle, a determined lawyer and the wife of Atlanta Mayor Evan Lancaster (Brian White). While Evan will do almost anything to increase his political power, Stephanie is quietly making moves of her own, hoping to take over her family’s prestigious law firm, despite her father’s objections. In addition to Givens and White, Ambitions also stars Essence Atkins (Marlon), Kendrick Cross (Acrimony), Brely Evans (Being Mary Jane) and Erica Page (Bad Dad Rehab). The show is the second collaboration between Packer and OWN, who rolled out Ready To Love earlier this month. Production on Ambitions is already underway in Atlanta. We can’t wait!
