'The Real Housewives Of Atlanta' Is Back: New Wigs, New Men, Same Juicy Drama

‘The Real Housewives Of Atlanta’ Is Back: New Wigs, New Men, Same Juicy Drama
Bravo
By Danielle Kwateng-Clark · Updated October 26, 2020

We’ve waited all summer and now we officially have a date for when The Real Housewives of Atlanta will return: Nov 5.

This fall, Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore, Porsha Williams and Shereé Whitfield will return alongside NeNe Leakes, who reclaims her peach, and former castmember Kim Zolciak-Biermann.

This season shows Bailey and Whitfield dating men with questionable backgrounds and, as expected, the ladies are digging for the truth. Another man the cast is questioning is Moore’s new husband who she married earlier this year— after dating away from the spotlight for a little under a year. Nene appears to still have an issue with Porsha—in one scene she’s filmed yelling at her regarding rumors she spread about Kandi last season.

Meanwhile, ESSENCE cover girl Kandi, has been fully vindicated after last season’s shocking allegations and is busy balancing businesses, like the popular Old Lady Gang restaurant, marriage, motherhood and the highly-anticipated Xscape reunion.

Speaking of Xscape, the group’s four-part special Xscape: Still Kickin’ featuring original members Burruss, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, LaTocha Scott and Tamika Scott premieres right after RHOA. The show is produced by Love & Hip Hop creator Mona Scott-Young.

Capping off the night at 10pm ET/PT, season 5 of Married to Medicine premieres with castmembers Toya Bush-Harris, Dr. Heavenly Kimes, Dr. Jacqueline Walters, Quad Webb-Lunceford, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Mariah Huq —and new cast member Dr. Contessa Metcalfe.
