Rumors are swirling that our favorite jazz-singing, actress — and your fave hip hop pioneer and Covergirl — Queen Latifah is expecting her first child with rumored partner, Eboni Nichols.
And although we have no clue if those rumors are true as Queen has always kept her private life, just that…private, ESSENCE did recently speak with the Star actress about motherhood and how it related to the character she plays on Star, Carlotta.
“There’s absolutely certain ways I would be like Carlotta,” she dished. “She’s very protective. She would do anything for her kids; her family period.”
If the rumors are true, Queen will be an excellent mother. We’ll definitely be watching!
