Nicki Minaj is walking back claims that she has a collaboration with Adele on the way.

The rapper took to Twitter to clear up statements she made recently about working with the British singer, writing, “Omg guys. I thought everyone could clearly see I was being sarcastic. Shit! Now I have to go to Adele’s studio & steal some files. Who’s in the UK? I got a job for you.”

Omg guys. 😅🤣 I thought everyone could clearly see I was being sarcastic. Shit! Now I have to go to Adele’s studio & steal some files. Who’s in the UK? I got a job for you 🥴 https://t.co/oyh4hECNCC

Entertainment Tonight recently caught up with the rapper at the launch of her new fashion line, Fendi Prints On, where she dished on a new collab with the British singer.

“Adele made me swear to secrecy that I’m not allowed to tell anyone that I’m working with her. And that we already shot a video. And it’s an epic song! Ahh!” Minaj told the outlet.

The announcement comes a month after the rapper tweeted she would be retiring from music to focus on family.

She later backtracked and apologized to fans for the “abrupt and insensitive” tweet.

I’m still right here. Still madly in love with you guys & you know that. In hindsight, this should’ve been a Queen Radio discussion & it will be. I promise u guys will be happy. No guests, just us talking about everything. The tweet was abrupt & insensitive, I apologize babe ♥️🙏 https://t.co/eS0oHipwtg
