Get ready to see former co-stars Nia Long and Terrence Howard on the big screen together!
The two, who both star in The Best Man franchise, will appear together again in a new film produced by Will Smith. The pair will play parents to Smith’s 18-year-old son, Jaden in the romantic drama Life in a Year.
As reported by Shadow and Act, Jaden plays a 17-year-old boy who set out to make the most of his final year together with his girlfriend after they learn that she only has a year to live. The role of his girlfriend will be played by British model, Cara Delevingne.
Long has had quite the busy year starring in three films and having reoccurring roles in Hand of God and Empire, alongside Howard.
She talked to ESSENCE about balancing work while being a mother of two boys in 2014.
“I’m not a movie star mom who’s got a private chef, a nanny and a driver,” she revealed.
“My mantra is, ‘You created this, you can handle it.'”
