Over the weekend, the “Humble” rapper shared a text message from his mom that was full of praise and perfect emoji use.
It’s a cute message from a proud mom, who loves watching her son succeed but also seems worried that she might be stressing him out with all of her excitement.
Her son’s new album isn’t the only thing Lamar’s mom has to be excited about. The rapper just announced that he’ll be hitting the road to promote his new album. The Damn Tour will kick off July 12 in Pheonix, Arixona. Travis Scott and D.R.A.M. will be joining the rapper for the 17-date tour.
Kendrick’s mom will probably front and center for one of those stops, cheering her son on and beaming with pride.
