Getting your Trinity Audio player ready…

A newly-verified Destiny’s Child Instagram account has us crossing our fingers for new music.

Can you handle it?!

That’s a question we’ve had to ask ourselves should the Grammy Award-winning trio ever actually decided to reunite, but it seems we may have to answer it sooner rather than later. The new verified Destiny’s Child IG account  went live recently and fans are speculating that this maybe the initial inklings of a reunion between Beyonce, Kelly and Michelle.

The account went up last weekend and has already reached 20,000 followers.

So far, the only posts to the account are three photos of the group in their prime, accompanied by captions highlighting some of their many accomplishments and accodlades.

“Girl” became the fifth Destiny’s Child single to earn a gold record from the RIAA on this day in 2005. #destinyschild #dc #girlgroup #girl #rnb #destinyfulfilled

Destiny’s Child released ‘#1’s’ on this day in 2005! This career-spanning compilation includes all their biggest singles plus new tracks “Stand Up for Love,” “Feel the Same Way I Do” and Beyoncé’s “Check on It.”

But is there really a possibility of a reunion?

The account is run by Sony Music, and there is no indication that any of the women are involved. When asked about a possible comeback earlier this week, Kelly Rowland quickly shut down the rumor, as each of the group members has done in the past.

“We haven’t even talked anything about that,” Rowland said. “ We’ve just been enjoying each other’s company and love and enjoying being women.”

The ladies split in 2006 and have since had individually successful careers, while continuing to support each other through the years.
