There’s a new series all about HBCU homecomings coming to a digital screen near you.

BET Networks is teaming up with Facebook Watch to launch We Own Homecoming, a digital series that examines the legacies of HBCUs through the lens of homecoming.

The first three episodes of the series are available to watch now.

The series, hosted by actress and content creator Jasmine Luv, looks at the homecomings of Clark University, Morehouse College, Winston Salem State University, Florida A&M University, North Carolina Central University, and Texas Southern University.

We Own Homecoming is just one of many releases from the network. Over the summer, BET greenlit two new show’s from producer-director Tyler Perry, Sistas and The Oval. The network also launched a reboot of The First Wives Club— starring Jill Scott, Michelle Buteau, and Ryan Michelle Bathe—on its new streaming service BET+.

Is this the Beyoncé Homecoming effect? We think so. Thanks Bey!
