There aren't many things cuter than kids dressed up for Halloween, and one adorable baby boy is stealing the show with his one-of-a-kind costume.

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick's brave decision to take a stand against police brutality targeting African-Americans by protesting the National Anthem during NFL games has made a massive impact across the country. Getting the festivities off to an early start, one couple went creative for their baby boy's first Halloween and dressed him up as a mini Kaepernick from head to toe – afro included!

Mother Hana Pugh says dressing 1-year-old son Ceron Pugh III as young Kaep for Halloween was a no-brainer, given that his father is both an accomplished military veteran and a huge 49ers fan. Most importantly, the proud mom says her family applauds Kaepernick for using his platform to spread awareness about issues that hit close to home for so many people of color in America.

“We admire Kaepernick’s courage to utilize his platform to support the Black Lives Matter movement, raise awareness to issues like police brutality, and even the way this country treats its veterans,” Pugh told The Huffington Post. “Additionally, we wanted to reiterate the narrative that one can be proud to be black while simultaneously being patriotic.”

As you might imagine, the preciously woke moment is already taking over the Internet – and we're loving it.
