Yvonne Orji, Erykah Badu, and Cynthia Erivo were all in Miami earlier this week to help kick off BET’s Leading Women Defined, a conference designed to empower women. And, while the event is full of boss ladies learning from each other, there’s always time for even more fun.
Orji led the way with a little karaoke and her song of choice was Badu’s “Tyrone,” which the actress performed in front of the singer. She also got a little help from Tony Award-winner Cynthia Erivo, who actual sang the song as Orji lip synced.
Look at Badu front and center cheering her on! We love seeing Black women being carefree fans of each other.
