Will and Willow Smith Team Up for a Father-Daughter 'Summertime' Performance

Willow Smith hit the stage at the 9th annual Roots Picnic in Philadelphia over the weekend and surprised the audience with a guest performer, her dad. Will Smith, along with DJ Jazzy Jeff, joined his daughter on stage for a father-daughter performance of Will and Jazzy Jeff’s summer anthem “Summertime.”

Will Smith Is All Jokes While Accepting MTV’s Generation Award     Could this be Will’s first step to making a musical comeback? Complex reports that the actor has been working with Kanye and dropped a verse on Colombian dance group Bomba Estereo’s “Fiesta” remix. Will and DJ Jazzy Jeff were also planning to embark on a world tour with Will telling Zane Lowe in an interview last October, “I’m really ready, man, I got a whole lotta heart to share and I’m excited about getting it into my music.” We’re ready too Will.
