The songstress recently added author to her resume with the intention of sharing her views on what’s happening in the world right now.
“I talk about those skin bleaching allegations that happened in 2013. I talk about colorism, and about being a Black woman in America and in the public eye,” she shared with ESSENCE about her book, which includes a collection of personal essays.
When it comes to her projects, music and otherwise, India added, “I want to always be intentional about my intention.”
