There’s a bizarre beef brewing between former reality star Donald Trump and the NBA’s most outspoken dad LaVar Ball. And things took an even more bizarre turn when Ball stopped by CNN to chat with host Chris Cuomo about the new beef.
Ball has refused to thank the president, who says he helped son LiAngelo and two other UCLA basketball players get back into the US after being detained in China on suspicion of shoplifting.
On Monday, Ball appeared on CNN, where he spoke with Cuomo about Trump. Ball maintained that he doesn’t “have to go around saying thank you to everybody,” while launching into one of the most confusing interviews ever.
Of course, viewers took to Twitter to talk about his discussion with Cuomo, an interview that included quality gems like, “Did you thank the doctor for bringing you into this world?”
Trump has yet to fire back about the interview but expect to hear something soon. If there’s anything the former reality star loves more than golfing at Mar-a-Lago, it’s firing off ill-thought out tweets.
