If you’ve wanted to find out more about Tina Knowles-Lawson––the flawless woman who gave us Beyoncé and Solange––then you’re in luck because, apparently, Miss Tina is working on an autobiography.

In a profile for The New York Times, Miss Tina revealed she’s writing an autobiographical “how-to-get-your-life-back book.” She opened up about her life during and after her divorce, saying, “I kind of lost myself. All these things that I love — going to art shows, reading art books, going out dancing — I had stopped. That’s not really loving yourself, if you’re not taking care of yourself in terms of your needs and what makes you happy.”

The book she’s working on will focus on empowerment and moving forward after tough times.

And, while some people may be shocked to find that Miss Tina is as down to earth as anyone else (just check her Instagram), others might be surprised that she’s just a regula degula schmegula girl who enjoys a quick trip to Costco or Home Depot.

“I meet people every day that are like, ‘You come here?’ And I’m like, ‘Of course, I do.’”
