We all know that Tiffany Haddish loves to bust a move at any given moment. But who would have thought that her killer moves would actually do just that — kill a man!
The comedian was a guest on “The Tonight Show” and recalled a story of when a partygoer at her old job dropped down dead.
Haddish used to work as an “energy producer,” a job where she was expected to get the party started at events.
At one particular Bar Mitzvah, she was getting her groove on with a man in his 80s when he suddenly collapsed.
“They ended up taking him to the hospital, and he passed away,” Haddish told Jimmy Fallon. “And I was like, I didn’t want to dance no more. I felt like ‘this ass is deadly,’ you know like ‘my moves are killer, I got killer moves.’ I didn’t dance for months.”
But the Girls Trip actress wasn’t out for long. The deceased man’s daughter eventually wrote Haddish a letter thanking her because it was “the happiest they’d seen him” in a long time.
