Things are not looking great for Tamar Braxton and Vincent Herbert’s relationship, as Braxton took to Instagram to accuse her estranged husband of impregnating another woman.

“Vince Herbert is having a baby and his whore decided to let me know about it tonight,” she wrote in a now-deleted Instagram post on Friday.

Though it is not clear who the alleged woman is, Braxton did hint at a domestic incident between herself and Herbert on Christmas day. TMZ has confirmed that Herbert was arrested for spousal assault on Dec. 25, and he later posted the $20,000 bail.

“While celebrating the Christmas holiday as a family, after a few drinks and some jealousy, things got a bit out of hand, which is common for most families during the holidays,” Braxton told TMZ.

“There was no physical interaction between Vince and I on Christmas,” she added. “While I do not appreciate his lack of respect for our family and him allegedly impregnating another woman, I cannot paint him as a vicious abuser.”

Braxton filed for divorce from her husband in October, one month after announcing she was retiring from music to save her marriage and just one month before their ninth wedding anniversary. The tumultous leadup to her filing was documented in the most recent season of the couple’s WETv reality show Tamar and Vince

“Sometimes we stay ‘married’ for face value or to say ‘we did it’ but the truth is…it couldn’t be more broken &further apart than we are NOW!…even on an anniversary!,” she explained in an Instagram post. “You can say he did this, she did that, I put up with ‘this’ & I’ve suffered & endured ‘this’ for so long..but the TRUTH is that this was your choice 2 stay we get so caught up in WE are ‘winning’ in love that we are LOSING a battle that doesn’t have ANYTHING 2 do with us!,”

The duo met in 2003 after being introduced by Braxton’s famous sister, Toni.  They wed in 2008 and welcomed their son, Logan, in 2013.
