If you don’t have dreams and aspirations, what do you have? ESSENCE and Steve Harvey headed down to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida for the fourth annual “Disney Dreamers Academy.” The event, which runs from March 3 to march 6, will encourage 100 high-school students to dream big, with workshops that expose them to entrepreneurship, entertainment, culinary arts and beyond. The teens will also explore Walt Disney’s imagineering techniques that are used throughout the resort and Disney films. We hope the weekend inspires the students to make their dreams come true.
