Nick Cannon and Jay-Z looked quite dapper yesterday while kicking it at the Audemars Piguet and Tony Awards after-party at the Four Seasons in NYC, where Jay auctioned off his signed Audemars Piguet watch for $217,800. Proceeds from the sale go toward AIDS and breast cancer research.
