SOLANGE IS COMING! Although the singer is expected to release music soon, she announced on Tuesday that she’s taking over BlackPlanet and it has fans wondering what to expect. The singer tweeted, “find me on black planet !! (link: http://www.blackplanet.com/solange/) blackplanet.com/solange/ black planet 4 evaaa.” In a since-deleted tweet, Solange opened up last year about wanting to release music through the social platform. “I was gonna release the Beatles cover on Valentine’s Day on BlackPlanet but couldn’t figure out how to work Black Planet in 2018,” she wrote then. On her BlackPlanet page, Solange released never-before-seen images of herself, cowboys, and a woman flexing her skills on a stripper pole. There’s also a link to live tour dates, kicking off in May, which are all in Europe, unfortunately. Now, fans are scrambling to reactivate their accounts ahead of her new album. While others are just trying to prepare for whatever the singer has coming. In January, Solange was spotted filming a new project at Houston’s SHAPE Community Center. And in a New York Times interview shared in October, the singer said her new project would feature “a lot of jazz at the core, but with electronic and hip-hop drum and bass.” We are ready for whatever she’s about to deliver!
