London must have experienced some warm weather yesterday because two of our favorite British stars were spotted out and in minis without tights. First Thandie Newton showed off her frame in a mini dress at the Best in British Tea Party, and then Shingai Shoniwa rocked a pair of printed, high-waisted short shorts to the South Bank Arts Awards.
