Sade is back! Well, maybe not full-time, but she has returned for Ava DuVernay's A Wrinkle in Time.

The legendary singer has released her first new music in eight years, "Flower of the Universe," for the soundtrack to DuVernay's highly-anticipated film.

Sade has contributed two version of the song to the film's soundtrack. The singer teamed up with Ben Travers and Andrew Hale for one version and Grammy winner No I.D. for the remix. Her contribution to A Wrinkle in Time marks the first time she's contributed to a soundtrack since 1986.

Reflecting on the track and working with Sade, DuVernay said, "My creative partnership with Sade on ‘Flower of the Universe’ was so connected that I reverse engineered the usual process and used her lyrics as actual dialogue within the film."

Sade joins a number of other artists for the soundtrack including Chloe x Halle, DJ Khaled, Kehlani and more.

You can listen to both versions "Flower of the Universe" on Spotify.
