Her fans have been anxiously waiting for the mogul to drop new music since her critically-acclaimed Anti in 2016. And now she shared a meme that has us speculating about her upcoming ninth album.
Rih took to Instagram and teased her fans with the possibility that the album already exists. A video clip shows an adorable puppy bobbing its head to the iconic House of Pain song “Jump Around.”
“Update: me listening to R9 by myself and refusing to release it,” Rihanna captioned the video.
R9 has yet to receive a confirmed release date. But the Bajan beauty did say that the album will be a reggae-influenced collection in an interview earlier this year.
