DJ Khaled, Rihanna and Bryson Tiller performed their hit single “Wild Thoughts” at the 60th Annual Grammy Awards and it was a highlight of the night. Surrounded by two dozen dancers in a Havana Nights meets 1920s flapper club, Rihanna sang and danced to the song that samples Carlos Santana’s “Maria Maria.”

And while Vulture tweeted that Rihanna was doing the “stanky leg” during the performance, their statement was quickly corrected by OkayAfrica that noted she was doing the Gwara Gwara dance.

As the publication noted it’s a South African dance that involves leg-to-arm coordination. And Rihanna nailed it. In addition to giving a great performance, the 29-year-old also won a Grammy for the Best Rap/Sung Performance for her feature on Kendrick Lamar’s “Loyalty.”
