The murders of Toya Wright‘s brothers Ryan and Josh Johnson has left the entire family devastated. One person in particular who has been heavily affected is Toya and Lil Wayne’s 17-year-old daughter, Reginae Carter.
Ryan and Josh were reportedly found shot to death inside of a car just after midnight in New Orleans on Saturday. Fans and celebrities immediately took to social media to send condolences to the reality star and businesswoman. Toya’s former rival K. Michelle was one of the first to send her prayers on Twitter, where she also let Toya know that she has “no beef or hate in her heart” despite their feud and offered her sympathies.
While family members initially remained silent as the world learned of their passing, Reginae Carter soon took to her Instagram page to grieve the loss of her uncles with two heartbreaking posts. In one post, Reginae asks: “What in the world is going on this world?”
In a second post, the teen eulogizes her uncle Ryan separately, whom she referred to as someone she also considered a “best friend” and a “brother.”
Police are still investigating the motive for the killings. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Toya, Reginae and their family during this difficult time.
