Prince Pays Surprise Visit to 'The View'
If Prince walked into our morning editorial meeting we would just die! That's kind of what happened to the ladies on "The View" when the pop icon crashed the show in a shiny slate-grey jacket, and dark circle-framed sunglasses yesterday.

That’s kind of what happened to the ladies on “The View” when the pop icon crashed the show in a shiny slate-grey jacket, and dark circle-framed sunglasses yesterday. “First of all, these are strange hours for rock stars,” Prince quipped when he sat down, before telling the ladies about his upcoming New York city performances and giving them tickets to watch him rock out at Madison Square Garden. No one at the table was more floored to see Prince than Sherri Shepherd. “Hey Prince,” she gushed. “Could you just say, ‘Sherri, I love you.'” Shepherd didn’t stop there, revealing a lifelong desire of hers later on. “You don’t understand Prince. I have wanted to make love to you for my whole life,” she told him. And with that, The Artist was off. Of course, Whoopi Goldberg was in on the surprise.
