President Obama Supports Wall Street Protests

With the nation growing restless about our impending financial problems as a country, protests on Wall Street in New York City continue to gain major attention. This time, President Obama is voicing his empathy for the protestors.

“I think part of people’s frustrations, part of my frustration, was a lot of [lending] practices that should not have been allowed weren’t necessarily against the law, but they had a huge destructive impact,” he said Thursday, according to FOX News.

He’s got a point — and he can’t ignore the protest any longer as things have suddenly become violent this week.
