Actor Pooch Hall was arrested Wednesday night for driving under the influence and child endangerment.
According to TMZ, witnesses called police after noticing the Ray Donovan actor driving in Burbank with his 2-year-old son steering the wheel. Hall was allegedly too drunk to steer. The car reportedly veered off and smashed into a parked car. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
One witness told police that after the crash he saw the child crying in the front seat and noticed an uninstalled car seat lying in the back seat when he went to check on Hall and his son.
Police say they noticed a strong smell of alcohol and noted that Hall could barely walk. In fact, the actor, who also previously starred on The Game, had a blood alcohol level of .25, over three times the legal limit.
Hall’s son was released to his wife’s custody while the actor remains in jail on a $100,000 bail.
