Lupita Nyong’o and her mama are basically twinsies.
The Star Wars actress posted a picture on Instagram yesterday that shows us just how strong family genes are. Nyong’o placed an outtake from her Lucky magazine photo shoot adjacent to a 1983 photo of her mother, Dorothy, and the resemblance is uncanny.
“Like mother (1983), like daughter (2015) #behindthescenes #OhToBeHalfTheWomanMyMumIs!,” she captioned the pic.
The duo looks identical, from their piercing eyes to their nose to their smile and teeth. Looks like good genes run in the family!
