American royalty could be moving to New York City.

Former president and first lady Barack and Michelle Obama have reportedly been eyeing a home in Manhattan's Upper East Side.

According to Page Six, the Obamas have been checking out 10 Gracie Square, which is close to Mayor Bill de Blasio's Gracie Mansion. Sources have reportedly seen the couple arriving at the building for viewings.

The potential pad might be perfect for the Obamas with a gym, in-door basketball court, underground drive-in garage, and tight security.

Earlier this year, the couple purchased an $8.1 million home in Washington, D.C. and have stated that they plan to remain in D.C. until their youngest daughter Sasha finishes school. Older daughter Malia recently began her first semester at Harvard.
