When news broke that director Malcolm D. Lee was working on a Best Man sequel, fans automatically went into a tizzy. It’s been nearly 15 years since the original movie and fans are dying to know what Harper, Robin, Jordan and the rest of the crew have been doing with their lives.
Set for a November 15 release, The Best Man Holiday, welcomes the entire cast back for another bumpy ride. Taye Diggs, who plays Harper, told ESSENCE.com, “I’ll say that there’s another big event. In the first one, there was a wedding and [now] there’s another big event that brings us all together.”
