But don't worry because in his new workout book, The Cut: Lose Up To 10 Pounds In 10 Days And Sculpt Your Best Body, our forever crush Morris Chestnut is offering fans the keys to getting the body you desire in the healthiest way possible.

Chestnut partnered with celebrity fitness expert, Obi Obadike, and together they have developed a fitness plan they say will help readers lose up to 40 pounds in just 12 weeks. 

Talking exclusively with ESSENCE, Chestnut and Obadike detail why their plan sitcks out among the rest and how real people have seen positive results and are sticking with it. 

"What I felt in the past, I mean it's always good to be accountable to someone," admits Chestnut. "Me being accountable to Obi was one of the things that helped me out. So, it's always good to have a partner. If you don't have a partner, to me it's really about how bad you want it."

Obadike says that while accountability has a hand in making sure you stick with it in the gym, having a plan that is realistic helps tremendously too.

"My objective is to create a program that is designed based on their physical fitness capabilities," said Obadike. "Number two is things that they can do, things that are fun, that are enjoyable. I don't believe that the experience should be an unbearable experience. It has to be something that's fun, a lifestyle."

Complete with beginner, intermidiate and advanced gym and home excercise plans for both men and women, the book also comes with healthy recipes for dishes like Southwestern Tofu Scramble and Carne Asada Tacos. 

The workout plan isn't nearly as intimidating as one might assume. Real readers have experienced the benefit of the fat-burning excerise program and shared their results.
